Buttermilk Corn Cakes

 

Ingredients
  • 1 cup corn meal (white or yellow) 1 Tbsp. flour or biscuit mix (optional) 2 cups buttermilk 3/4 tsp. baking soda 4 eggs, beaten separately
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

 

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except egg whites. Beat whites separately and fold into mixture. Cook on griddle at 375°F. Provided by Weisenberger Mills, Inc.
