Parfaits: Prepare chocolate cream pudding; cool completely. Drain strawberries; in blender, puree to equal 1/2 cup. In a small mixer bowl, beat whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff; fold in strawberry puree. In parfait or wine glasses, alternately layer chocolate pudding and strawberry cream, ending with chocolate pudding. Cover; refrigerate until set. Makes 8 to l0 servings. Chocolate cream pudding: In a heavy saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt; stir in milk and egg yolks. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir one minute. Remove from heat; blend in butter and vanilla. Cool. Provided by Hershey Foods Corporation
