Combine butter or margarine and Nature's Seasons seasoning blend. Brush bread generously with mixture. Spread garlic evenly on bread halves. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover with foil and heat at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until bread is hot and crisp. Cut into slices. Seasoned Roasted Garlic
- 2 large whole heads garlic ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Nature's Seasons® seasoning blend
Make cut along garlic tip to expose top of cloves. Place heads on foil. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with Nature's Seasons seasoning blend. Wrap completely in foil. Grill over hot coals (or bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour) until cloves soften and turn light brown. Squeeze roasted garlic from skin. Spread on slice baguettes, crackers, or bread.
