Orange-Cappuccino Bread

Makes 1 loaf

Ingredients: 1½-lb. loaf (Makes 12 slices) 2-lb. loaf (Makes 16 slices) Water 1 cup 1 cup + 3 Tbsp. Instant coffee granules 1 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp. Margarine, butter, or spread*, softened 2 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp. Sugar ¼ cup 1/3 cup Salt 1 ¼ cup 1½ tsp. Grated orange peel 1 tsp. 1 ¼ tsp. Gold Medal Better for Bread bread flour 3 cups 4 cups Dry Milk 2 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp. Bread machine yeast* 2¼ tsp. 2 ¼ tsp.

Make 1½-lb. recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups of flour, or make 2-lb. recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups of flour. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack. *If using spread, use only stick that has more than 65% vegetable oil. **We found from our testing that the same amount of yeast is needed for either the 1½-lb. or 2-lb. recipe.
