Black Walnut Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 oz. (1 ½ sticks) salted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup Chocolate Chunks Semi-Sweet or bittersweet
- 1 cup Black Walnuts
Instructions
- Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.
- Beat together the butter, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla and sifted dry ingredients. Fold in black walnuts and chocolate chunks.
- Spoon golf ball size portions onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake 15-18 minutes in a 325 degree oven until light golden brown for soft cookies or to desired doneness.
