- 2 Cups Flour (we recommend Hudson Cream Short Patent)
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Cup Butter Flavored Shortening
- 5 Tablespoons Cold Water
- Combine flour and salt.
- Cut in shortening until mixture is mealy.
- Sprinkle in cold water; gently toss with fork until mixed and dough holds together.
- Divide in half for upper and lower crusts. Wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate until ready to use.
