Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350*, grease a 13x11x2” baking dish, set aside.
2. Cream Cheese Mixture:.
3. In an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, lime rind and lime juice. Add strawberry jam and beat thoroughly.
4. Add egg, mix until smooth. Refrigerate while preparing blondie batter.
5. Blondie Batter:
6. Melt white chocolate squares and margarine in a medium saucepan over low heat.
7. Using a wooden spoon, add both sugars, stirring well.
8. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
9. Stir in flour until mixture is smooth.
10. Pour into prepared baking dish.
11. Remove cream cheese mixture from refrigerator and drop by tablespoons onto brownie mixture in pan.
12. With a knife, swirl cream cheese mixture into blondie batter.
13. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
