Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups whole oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven 350*, grease 9x13 baking dish, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients.
- Stir in eggs, milk, and butter.
- Pour mixture into greased 9×13 pan
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until set.
- Serve warm with fresh fruit and milk or enjoy without the extras!
